- Age At most 43 years
- Post-Graduation preferably in business background from any reputed university with no Third Division/ Class
- Minimum 08 years’ of experience with minimum 04 years’ related experience in Foreign Exchange Department of a reputed Bank
- Hands on experience of Back to Back L/C opening, Payments & Acceptance, Export Documents Forwarding, Proceeds Realization and Cash Incentives
- Adequate knowledge of RMG Market and RMG Businesses and experience of handling RMG Clients
- Must be conversant in ICC Publications, Guidelines of Foreign Exchange Transactions, Import & Export Policy and Practice of Local Market
- Sufficient knowledge about EDF and other export L/C Financing
- Prior experience in the centralized trade processing center and professional degrees in CDCS, CSDG, CITF, CTFC will be considered as added advantage.
- Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
- Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Responsibilities & Context:
- Handling day to day activities of export department including Document Collection, L/C Advising, Transfer and Documents Purchase/ Negotiation
- Carry out the functions of Back-to-Back L/C Opening, Import Documents Handling, Providing Acceptance and making Payments on Maturity
- Maintenance of ERQ A/C for eligible entities or individuals
- Process Cash Incentive Files
- Regulatory Reporting of Respective Desk/s
- Ensures timely submission of periodical Statements and Returns
- Maintain strong liaison with Business Units/ Branches for resolution of transactional issues on a timely manner
- Handle internal and external audits including regulatory audits pertaining to foreign trade portfolio
