Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Sales and Trade Marketing/Activation.
Must have a valid driving license. Having a bike will add advantage.
Must have excellent communication skill, leadership and team management skill, and strategic thinking skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement market-specific plans for Existing Adult Smoker (EAS) activation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) retailers and manage loyalty strategies.
Lead and mentor the Brand Activation (BA) team, ensuring effective execution of activation programs.
Drive sales volume targets for TLP outlets and identify business growth opportunities.
Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports on trade activation and loyalty programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical behavior within the team.
