Responsibilities & Context:
A renowned multinational FMCG company is looking for Trade Marketing Supervisor (TMS).
Job Type: Contractual, (Renewable)
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement market-specific plans for Existing Adult Smoker (EAS) activation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) retailers and manage loyalty strategies.
Lead and mentor the Brand Activation (BA) team, ensuring effective execution of activation programs.
Drive sales volume targets for TLP outlets and identify business growth opportunities.
Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports on trade activation and loyalty programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical behavior within the team.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure execution excellence, gather market intelligence, and support front-line staff.
Conducting retailer advocacy, managing quarterly reward disbursement, and handling other relevant tasks.
