Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from any UGC approved university preferably majoring in Finance or Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Field Force operation by 3rd party effectively to achieve the Regional Trade Marketing goals & objectives.
∎ Supervise daily operations of Merchandisers & guide them as per Regional Trade Marketing Plan & evaluate on their performance.
∎ Execute Regional Merchandising plan with the directions from central team to complete the activities as per Trade Marketing Activity Calendar.
∎ Assist to drive loyalty program focusing key retail outlets.
∎ Develop the functional skill development program of the trade marketing force by regular briefing on campaign, merchandising projects & competitor activities.
∎ Conduct market visit to collect market insights.
∎ Handle other administrative issues; Foster teamwork; Facilitate resolution of issues between departments/units; accountability and adherence to Banglalink standards & compliances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in in Relative field
∎ Strong knowledge of Resource Management
∎ Strong knowledge of information management
∎ Strong knowledge of Sales strategy & planning
∎ Basic knowledge of market/industry trends
∎ Preferred Industry/Company
∎ Telecommunication / MFS / FMCG
∎ What is expected of this position (deliverables within next 1 year)
∎ Ensuring establishment of governance policy for Merchandiser Onboarding, Attendance
∎ Execution and performance monitoring of Merchandisers
∎ Increase trade loyalty and advocacy
