Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the Regional Merchandising Plan with the directions from central team to complete the activities as per Trade Marketing Activity Calendar
∎ Manage all the field force operation by 3rd party effectively to achieve the regional trade marketing goals and objectives
∎ Supervise Daily Operations of Merchandisers and guide them as per Regional Trade Marketing Plan and evaluate on their performance
∎ Assist to drive loyalty programs focusing key retail outlets
∎ Develop the functional skill development program of the trade marketing force by regular briefing on campaigns, Merchandising Projects, Competition Activities
∎ Conduct market visit to collect market insights

Additional Requirements:
∎ Maximum 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing/Sales and Distribution in any reputed organization
∎ Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
