Experience: Professional Experience:-         

• Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience for Bachelor’s degree along with NTVQF Level certification.

• Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience for Diploma qualification. 

Age: The Age limit for the applicant would be maximum 40 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.   

Others: 

• CBTA certification would be added advantage.

• Excellent command on communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Excellent computer operating skill & conversant with MS Office package.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.

• Ability and willingness to travel.

Nature of Job: Project Staff

Job Location: UCEP Kishoreganj under UCEP Gazipur Region.

Job Purpose: To increase equitable access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities by addressing the diverse vulnerabilities and needs of adolescent girls and young women. The project will implement interventions for adolescent girls aged 13–16, both in and out of school, as well as targeted initiatives for young women aged 17–25 who are not in school. This initiative is part of the Girls' Education and Skills Programme (GESP) Project.

Job Responsibilities:

• To contribute to implementing UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission, and goals, and to the development of future strategy documents.

• Uphold UCEP Bangladesh’s mission and vision to ensure skills for decent work through inclusive, market-oriented, and competency-based training while maintaining organizational values.

• Ensure quality delivery of both theoretical and practical skills training as per approved curricula and competency standards.

• Prepare lesson and session plans and apply participatory, inclusive, and effective teaching-learning methods.

• Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain all related documentation such as attendance, results, and progress reports.

• Support trainee mobilization in coordination with the Social Inclusion team and ensure inclusion of women, persons with disabilities, and other disadvantaged groups.

• Act as a role model by promoting ethics, social values, environmental awareness, patriotism, and good citizenship among students.

• Maintain occupational health and safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE and a clean and safe training environment.

• Manage and maintain all training tools, equipment, materials, and outputs properly and ensure efficient utilization.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP systems and support curriculum review, performance monitoring, and reporting activities.

• Promote gender equity, child protection, inclusiveness, and a discrimination-free and accessible learning environment.

• Support the preparation and effective implementation of training center budgets and ensure efficient use of all resources.

• Participate in performance reviews, staff development, and institutional improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management in line with organizational needs.

Monthly Salary: BDT. 30,000/- (Consolidated). All applicable taxes will be deducted as per the organizational/project policies and relevant country laws.
