Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Design
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology students will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new designs or edit existing designs as per the given guidelines
∎ Should have the capability to create own concept.
∎ Should have knowledge and be able to create 2D/3D models of garments on
∎ graphics software.
∎ Should have a good understanding of the different types of fabric and technical
∎ aspects of garment construction.
∎ Should have a good understanding of the fashion trends and changes in the trend
∎ according to the season
∎ Should have wide knowledge about global fashion trends.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the
∎ customers' requirements.
∎ Identify target markets for designs, looking at factors such as age, gender and
∎ socioeconomic status
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented.
∎ Must be able to stay Near Factory
∎ Have to work under pressure
∎ Increment every 6 months based on performance
