• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication,Manufacturing (FMCG),Multinational Companies,Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Mobile Accessories

• Age 23 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Priority to Renewable Energy certificates or technical training on solar technology·        

• Strong knowledge of solar components: Interconnection/ Solar Controls Panels/Inverter controllers, lead-acid battery banks   

• Capable of conducting technical troubleshooting and repair        

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   

• Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure       

• Fluent in Bengali and English (both spoken and written)    

• Renewable Energy certificates or technical training on solar technology

• Proven experience with rooftop, net metering based solar systems

• Previous work experience handling solar system, false alarm identifications and solve.

• Perform net metering integration as per government & local authority standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair solar systems and components including inverters, panels and controllers.
• Conducted daily surveys and feasibility studies and prepared technical reports.
• Follow up on-site daily work and schedule maintenance.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of power generation & monitoring in online system.
• Willing to work at shifting
