∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Town Planning and Layout Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Town Planning & Layout Design
∎ Prepare town plans with relevant studies and assess the feasibility of proposals
∎ Develop and interpret project maps and diagrams
∎ ArcGIS map & database and AutoCAD drawing
∎ Keep information about the environment and legal issues in project planning
∎ Coordinate the total conceptual drawing by following environmental requirements and other
∎ regulations
∎ Guide project surveyors and technicians in their day-to-day activities
∎ Housing Regulations & Laws

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
