Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process end-to-end tourist visa applications for UK, Australia, Canada, USA, and New Zealand.
∎ Stay updated on visa regulations, documentation requirements, and immigration policies for target countries.
∎ Guide clients through visa application procedures (documentation, forms, appointments).
∎ Verify and organize supporting documents (financial proofs, travel itineraries, accommodation bookings).
∎ Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers (e.g., VFS Global, TLScontact).
∎ Address client queries and resolve issues related to visa rejections or delays.
∎ Maintain accurate records of applications and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
∎ Provide pre-submission checks to minimize errors and maximize approval rates.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to upsell travel insurance, flight bookings, and tour packages.
