Responsibilities & Context:
Process end-to-end tourist visa applications for UK, Australia, Canada, USA, and New Zealand.
Stay updated on visa regulations, documentation requirements, and immigration policies for target countries.
Guide clients through visa application procedures (documentation, forms, appointments).
Verify and organize supporting documents (financial proofs, travel itineraries, accommodation bookings).
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers (e.g., VFS Global, TLScontact).
Address client queries and resolve issues related to visa rejections or delays.
Maintain accurate records of applications and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
Provide pre-submission checks to minimize errors and maximize approval rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to upsell travel insurance, flight bookings, and tour packages.
