• Process end-to-end tourist visa applications for UK, Australia, Canada, USA, and New Zealand.

• Stay updated on visa regulations, documentation requirements, and immigration policies for target countries.

• Guide clients through visa application procedures (documentation, forms, appointments).

• Verify and organize supporting documents (financial proofs, travel itineraries, accommodation bookings).

• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers (e.g., VFS Global, TLScontact).

• Address client queries and resolve issues related to visa rejections or delays.

• Maintain accurate records of applications and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.

• Provide pre-submission checks to minimize errors and maximize approval rates.

• Collaborate with the sales team to upsell travel insurance, flight bookings, and tour packages.
