- Passion for travel and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities & Context:
Roaming Tours & Travels, a growing travel and tourism company, is looking for an experienced Tour Package Operations Expert to join our team. If you are passionate about travel, skilled in designing and managing packages, and eager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and customize domestic & international tour packages.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and DMCs to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and after-sales support.
- Prepare costing, quotations, and itineraries for clients.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate best deals.
- Monitor ongoing tours to ensure quality and resolve any operational issues.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination knowledge.
