Itinerary Planning & Booking: Designing custom travel packages, booking tickets, and arranging accommodation, transport, and visas.
Customer Support & Sales: Addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently, and selling tour packages.
Logistics & Vendor Management: Coordinating with hotels, airlines, and local transport providers, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality services.
Documentation & Budgeting: Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and invoices, while managing tour budgets.
Marketing & Updates: Keeping abreast of industry trends, travel regulations, and creating marketing materials for new products
