∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ For 3 to 7 years the applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tour Counselor, Tour Packaging Officer, Holiday Consultant Officer, Transportation Booking, Hotel Booking.
∎ Excellent Bengali & English Communication Skills especially client handling, official work & formal emails.
∎ Leadership quality and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
∎ Smart, well-dressed, organized, presentable, and well-mannered.
∎ Must have good communication skills in the English and Hindi language.
∎ Should have computer Advanced knowledge (MS Word-Excel typing, emailing & Internet)
∎ Should have eligibility to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Sabre/ Galileo/ Amadeus/Web modules), Fare computation, Product knowledge, and Customer Service.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The main responsibility will be to Design Prepare and have Ideas to customize packages according to customers' requirements.
∎ Good Communication skills in English, Both spoken and Written as the Consultant has to communicate and consult clients so as to sell said itinerary to the client Understanding the client's specifications and wishes and suggesting suitable travel packages or services.
∎ Proficient in planning itineraries, tour costing, basic ticketing knowledge, destination knowledge, etc.
∎ The desired candidate should be well-versed in international travel destinations Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
∎ Your Opinion and Suggestions will go a Long Way to Making Good Relations with Clients in the Long Run Must have proper knowledge of Computer Skills (Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Presentation software, Email management, Data entry, Digital calendars, Social media management, Instant messaging, advanced searching Techniques of Google New Destinations and Vendor Sourcing Respond to client queries via online & offline channels Have updated knowledge about Hotel, Transportations, Tourism Board's Rules and Policies as well as Airline rules & policies
∎ Air Ticket Reservation Skills (GDS and OTA Platforms) Keep sales records & report sales information monthly Have updated knowledge about Air Ticketing Have destinations (Worldwide Popular Destination) knowledge Be polite, active & responsible with your duties
∎ Experience with BSP / IATA-related operations will get a preference Manage Daily Official works and make invoices & maintain tour-related accounts
∎ Ability to Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication
∎ Expert for Client handling face-to-face Meet and greet clients make and receive phone calls
