Reservation/ Ticketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support customers on airline ticketing & reservation, issuing and reissuing ticket
∎ Process any cancellation and modification requested by customers
∎ Troubleshoot any ticketing related issues faced by customers through working closely with call center and ticket aggregate/airlines.
∎ Build and maintain relationship with agents and corporate customers.
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients. Attend meetings & briefing sessions at corporate clients.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Respond to client query through phone, email, social media, online & in person.
∎ Keep sales records & share daily, weekly & monthly sales reports to management.
∎ Support finance team in periodic reconciliation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ At least 2 years' experience of working in airlines or travel agencies
∎ Ticket reservation, issuance and cancellation experience is a must.
∎ Knowledge about tour packages, visa processing, hotel booking and other e-ticketing portal e.g. bus/train etc. is a plus.
