Experience Requirements:

• 1–5 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 candidates will be selected: 01 candidate with 3–5 years of experience & 01 candidate with 1–3 years of experience

Additional Requirements:

• Must have practical experience in at least any two GDS systems (Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre)
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Context:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Ticket Reservation Executives to join our team. Candidates must have hands-on experience in GDS systems and be capable of handling airline ticketing efficiently.

• Handle air ticket booking, reservation, reissue, and cancellation
• Provide professional customer support and travel solutions
• Work efficiently using GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre)
• Ensure accuracy and timely service delivery
