Ticket Reservation and visa processing executive :

• Handle air ticket reservations,reissuance,refund and revalidation GDS system

• issue domestic and international air tickets accurately and efficiently

• provide fare quotation ,flight operations and travel advice to clients

• manage booking modifications,cancellations and sededule changes

• Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate booking records

• Resolve customer queries related to flight sehedules, baggage policies and fare rules

• Monitor airline updates,fare changes and travel policies regularly

• maintain daily sales reports and reservation records

• Ensure high quality customer service and maintain client sayisfaction

Graphics Designer :

• design social media posts,banners and promotional materials

• create graphics for digital marketing compaigns

• work with the marketing team to develop creative ideas

• Ensure all designs follow the company's branding

• Adobe illustrator,Adobe photoshop, graphics design

• Mobile bill,Performance bonus
