Job Responsibilities:
∎ *To lead the wet process from Knitting to dyeing to dyeing finishing to store to ensure quality of fabric production .
∎ *To check dyeing finishing fabric quality (Shade, GSM, Fabric width etc.)
∎ *To verify finished fabric inspection report as per 4-point system
∎ *To check all physical test quality report (Shrinkage, spirality, color fastness, shading,rubbing etc.)
∎ *To oversee daily quality report & deliver the fabric to the finished fabric store
∎ *To conduct product & process route analysis and execute corrective action in the developments stage
∎ *To co-ordinate with Quality team for process optimisation and minimum wastage.
∎ *To minimise wastes of time, money, materials, energy, use of chemicals and other resources at dyeing finishing.
∎ * To understand the wet process and contributing for the production in knit garments would be able to work with modern and sophisticate equipment .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
