Additional Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 55 years
  • Proven experience (minimum 8–10 years) in yarn, fabric development, knitting, dyeing, and quality control within the textile/RMG sector.

  • Strong technical knowledge of textile raw materials, processes, and testing standards.

  • Excellent communication, vendor management, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Yarn & Fabric Sourcing: Manage and monitor the sourcing and development of yarns and fabrics from local and international suppliers.

  • Fabric Development & Testing: Oversee lab tests and ensure that all fabrics meet buyer specifications, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Knitting & Dyeing Supervision: Coordinate and monitor knitting and dyeing processes to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent quality standards across all fabric and textile processes; address quality issues proactively.

  • Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with mills, processing units, and testing laboratories.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in textile sourcing, development, and quality systems; implement best practices.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, production, and quality teams to support the overall garment manufacturing process.
