Proven experience (minimum 8–10 years) in yarn, fabric development, knitting, dyeing, and quality control within the textile/RMG sector.
Strong technical knowledge of textile raw materials, processes, and testing standards.
Excellent communication, vendor management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Yarn & Fabric Sourcing: Manage and monitor the sourcing and development of yarns and fabrics from local and international suppliers.
Fabric Development & Testing: Oversee lab tests and ensure that all fabrics meet buyer specifications, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Knitting & Dyeing Supervision: Coordinate and monitor knitting and dyeing processes to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent quality standards across all fabric and textile processes; address quality issues proactively.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with mills, processing units, and testing laboratories.
Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in textile sourcing, development, and quality systems; implement best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, production, and quality teams to support the overall garment manufacturing process.
