∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 4 to 5 years in the Garment Quality Sector
∎ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Liaison Office or Local Buying House
∎ PDS working experience will be preferable
∎ 8 years’ experience in a Buying House is an added advantage
∎ Prior working experience in Tesco account handling will be highly preferred
∎ Excellent Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email handling, ERP system)
∎ Solid understanding of Tesco quality requirements, SOPs, and TCQC guidelines
∎ Strong in Garment Quality Assurance, Apparel Manufacturing processes (Woven, Sweater, Knit)
∎ Capable of preparing and handling inspection reports following Tesco standards
∎ Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines independently
∎ Knowledge of Product Testing, Risk Assessment, and Factory Evaluation as per Tesco guidelines
∎ Ability to attend and support audits like Ethical, Technical, and Social Compliance if needed

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections according to Tesco TCQC standards
∎ Check production against approved Pre-Production samples and Technical Specifications
∎ Ensure all products meet the signed-off sealed sample, spec sheet, and critical path requirements
∎ Monitor production quality daily, maintain visual inspection and test results records
∎ Report critical quality issues immediately to Line Manager and escalate if necessary
∎ Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities to eliminate quality issues
∎ Manage testing requirements: Fabric, Garment, and Accessory Testing as per Tesco protocol
∎ Review test reports to ensure conformance before shipment approval
∎ Perform daily line audits to maintain AQL standard and Tesco inspection procedure
∎ Approve shipment only after meeting the Tesco Technical and Quality Manual requirements
∎ Conduct pre-final and final inspections (Pre-Shipment Inspections - PSI) as per Tesco requirements
∎ Assist factories in understanding Tesco quality requirements and guide them towards improvement
∎ Manage and supervise inline and end-line Quality Checkers assigned for Tesco production
∎ Ensure calibration and consistency of Quality Checkers to maintain Tesco quality consistency
∎ Support and follow up on any store returns, complaints, or Quality Claims
∎ Regularly attend TCQC Trainings, Webinars, and updates provided by Tesco Quality Team
∎ Ensure compliance with Tesco’s Product Quality, Safety, Legal, and Ethical standards
∎ Attend supplier or factory reviews along with Technical/Production Teams when necessary
∎ Manage 3rd party inspections ensuring quality and timely delivery without interruption
∎ Work closely with Technical Managers and Product Developers to deliver quality improvements
∎ Maintain thorough documentation of audits, inspections, and non-conformance reports
∎ Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
