Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular visits to Market, Traders, and Customers to ensure strong market presence.
Also visit potential customers to generate/ create Dealer.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders, dealer, and business partners.
Organize and conduct seminars, meetings, and training programs to educate and engage stakeholders.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new traders to expand the distribution network.
Promote company products and services through field activities, demonstrations, and communication.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on activities, sales, and market performance.
Convince customers and helping supervisor to make a deal.
