Job Context:
∎ We are looking for, young, energetic, target oriented and proactive person to employ as Executive (Sales & marketing) who has the experience in achieving the sales target in Consumer sector. Sanitary napkin, baby diaper, adults diaper, baby wipes & LED light.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka, Anywhere In Bangladesh (Own territory working facility)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Marketing Sales Executive (MSE), Distributor to achieve given sales Target.
∎ Make Territory Sales plan.
∎ Distributors Networking, New Distributor opening etc.
∎ Responsible to meet defined territory's Sales Target.
∎ Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
∎ Preparing sales reports and customer database.
∎ Develop and implement the strategy to drive top line growth in existing as well as new client.
∎ Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its regions.
∎ Should have strong relationship, traders' sales & marketing skills and to maintain liaison with customer as well as with the distributors.
∎ Maintain all kinds of paper works.
∎ Fulfill assigned departmental tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years of which 1-year experience in similar position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sanitary Napkin/Baby Diaper/Adults Diaper / FMCG group of companies.
∎ Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality.
∎ Good market planner & good communication skill.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
∎ Pleasant appearance, manner and etiquette.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Need basic computer skills.
