Job Responsibilities:
∎ Depot & Dealer Collection & Management
∎ New Depot, Dealer, TSO, MSE & SR Setup.
∎ Product availability and visibility target achievement.
∎ Visit different Market/ Area (Agree to 60 % market visit per month)
∎ Establishing distribution network in given area.
∎ Bring with soft copy of sales budget &marketing plan, Sales Coverage plan, Distributor Setup Plan, Sales People Incentive Plan for presentation.

∎ Minimum 05 to 08 year' experience as RSM/ASM in reputed company.
∎ Sound Knowledge on consumer goods specially related to Sanitary Napkin, Diaper & Wipes.
∎ Should have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent in communication both in English & Bangla
∎ Experience in similar field will be given preference
∎ Only those candidates apply who have experience in Depot, Dealer & Retailer management
