• Identify and approach potential super shops, electronic chains, cookeries, and electronics outlets.
• Negotiate placement, margins, and other terms with retailers.
• Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with retail partners.
• Ensure retailers are satisfied with product supply, delivery, and service.
• Act as the main point of contact between company and retail outlets.
• Ensure product display, shelf branding, and POS materials are properly placed.
• Organize live demos and customer engagement activities at retail points.
• Monitor competitor activities and share insights with management.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and onboarding reports.
•  Coordinate with logistics team for timely product delivery.
• Work closely with marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
