Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and approach potential super shops, electronic chains, cookeries, and electronics outlets.
- Negotiate placement, margins, and other terms with retailers.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with retail partners.
- Ensure retailers are satisfied with product supply, delivery, and service.
- Act as the main point of contact between company and retail outlets.
- Ensure product display, shelf branding, and POS materials are properly placed.
- Organize live demos and customer engagement activities at retail points.
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with management.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and onboarding reports.
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely product delivery.
- Work closely with marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
