Responsibilities & Context:
Select and Monitor Distributors (DB)
DB wise target achievement
Supervise Sales Representatives (SR) for outlet coverage, merchandising & sales growth
Collect market information, generate idea and time to time reporting
Time to time check distributors go-down and party stock for proper distribution
