Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Select and Monitor Distributors (DB)
∎ DB wise target achievement
∎ Supervise Sales Representatives (SR) for outlet coverage, merchandising & sales growth
∎ Collect market information, generate idea and time to time reporting
∎ Time to time check distributors go-down and party stock for proper distribution
