∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to ensure giving product wise (monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly) sales target of your territory. Your main responsibility to achieve the pre-determined sales target.
∎ You must ensure smooth delivery of product as the customer can easily meet the adequate product requirements.
∎ You have to ensure the delivery of products in right time in right place to be sufficient for cost effectiveness.
∎ You are responsible to ensure credit recovery as per the company rules.
∎ You are responsible to maintain money receipt, sales invoice and party ledger properly and you will keep proper books of accounts in which all transactions related records should be maintained and report to the respective Regional Manager.
∎ You have to work on product promotional activities for market expansion by product introducing and branding into the distributors, retailers and farmer's level.
∎ You must work enthusiastically to increase and maximize sales volume with collection in a regular manner. You should also emphasize on applying technical skills in accordance with company's sales management.
∎ Any other task given by the management/supervisor.
∎ The company may change your posting place and responsibilities subsequently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proven experience in sales marketing within the pesticide or agricultural industry is preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi agricultural market and its dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong analytical and project management skills.
∎ Valid Motorcycle driving license is required
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
