∎ BBA/MBA any discipline from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales of company product through a team of salesman in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
∎ An identity and appointment suitable distributor as per territory coverage plans and oversee their on boarding, training, and supervision.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory.
∎ Lead, train and care team for unleashing and utilizing their potentiality to achieve monthly sales volume.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report as required by management.
∎ Must have the sound knowledge and skills to handle distribution channels like retail, whole sale, counter store, others where consumer food products available.
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the territory to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
∎ Maintain effective communications with Sales team and make clear understanding of KPI.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field of food products selling and market set up.
∎ Good computer operating knowledge in MS Word Excell, Power point etc.
∎ Strong physical ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill to work in a team environment
