Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum masters in any discipline.
∎ Preferably MBA in MKT/MGT from public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory.
∎ Maintain primary and secondary sales management.
∎ Training and guiding Sales Representatives.
∎ Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned territory.
∎ Motivating the Sales Representatives and other team members.
∎ Evaluating the team members’ performance.
∎ Creating brand awareness within the assigned territory.
∎ Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
∎ Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
∎ Maintaining relationship with distributors/key business partners,
∎ Continually monitor and track territory sales performance
∎ Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within the assigned territory.
∎ Reviewing territory expenses and recommending improvements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Market Research, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Households items / Manufacturing product sales and marketing
∎ At least 02 year(s) practical experience in the same position.
∎ Applicant must be smart, presentable & have excellent communication skill in English.
∎ Must be able to work on computer applications.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable of working under pressure.
