Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure service to dealer as a company Representative.
∎ Plan and implement sales initiatives and measures.
∎ New Area/ Market establishment by new dealer searching.
∎ Daily sales report provides to supervisor.
∎ Propose & Implement different plans for increase sales.
∎ Ensure dealer performance (Investment, Sales target vs achievement, service support, coverage, reporting, and compliance).
∎ Ensure new product feedback, update overall product feedback of both own company and competitors.
∎ Solve market related problems.
∎ Participate the monthly sales meeting.
∎ Analysis for sales developing.
∎ Short & long term planning (Monthly & Quarterly) for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Candidate having experience in furniture sector will given preference.
∎ Smart and self motivated.
∎ Highly Energetic to travel frequently.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
∎ Computer proficiency.
∎ Able to work under pressure & independently.
∎ All of the job locations for this position will be out of Dhaka. So, if you do not have a strong mindset to work in any part of Bangladesh please do not apply.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
