Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure service to dealer as a company Representative.
∎ Plan and implement sales initiatives and measures.
∎ New Area/ Market establishment by new dealer searching.
∎ Daily sales report provides to supervisor.
∎ Propose & Implement different plans for increasing sales.
∎ Ensure dealer performance (Investment, Sales target vs achievement, service support, coverage, reporting, and compliance).
∎ Ensure new product feedback, update overall product feedback of both own company and competitors.
∎ Solve market related problems.
∎ Participate the monthly sales meeting.
∎ Analysis for sales developing.
∎ Short & long term planning (Monthly & Quarterly) for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills (in Bangla and English).
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Candidate having experience in the furniture sector will be given preference. Fresher candidates with required educational background & additional requirements are also encouraged to apply.
∎ All of the job locations for this position will be out of Dhaka (Tangail, Jashore, Baramonbaria ).
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
