Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure service to dealer as a company Representative.
∎ Plan and implement sales initiatives and measures.
∎ New Area/ Market establishment by new dealer searching.
∎ Daily sales report provides to supervisor.
∎ Propose & Implement different plans for increase sales.
∎ Ensure dealer performance (Investment, Sales target vs achievement, service support, coverage, reporting, and compliance).
∎ Ensure new product feedback, update overall product feedback of both own company and competitors.
∎ Solve market related problems.
∎ Participate the monthly sales meeting.
∎ Analysis for sales developing.
∎ Short & long term planning (Monthly & Quarterly) for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Intelligent.
∎ Self motivated.
∎ Highly energetic to travel frequently.
∎ Communication skill (in Bangla and English).
∎ Negotiation skill.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, typing- English, typing-Bangla (using Bioy), Email, Net browsing).
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Candidate having experience in furniture sector will be given preference. Fresher candidates with required educational background & additional requirements are also encouraged to apply.
∎ All of the job locations for this position will be out of Dhaka (Mymensingh, Madaripur, Narayanganj, Rajshahi, Satkhira, Tangail). So, if you do not have such skills and strong mindset to work in any part of Bangladesh please do not apply.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
