Responsibilities & Context:

The position will be permanent after 6 months probationary period. This position is target oriented, where the individual will be responsible for sales of power supply and Office Automation products such as UPS, IPS, AVR, CCTV,

  • Maintenance free Batteries, Access Control, Time Attendance, Multimedia Projector, Interactive Board, Display Board, Casing, Power Supply, RAM, SSD etc.
  • Always be aware of market conditions in relevant products such as prices, supply, and demand;
  • Maintain excellent relationship with customer, supplies, banks, and industries;
  • Be aware of customer demand and their stock position and production numbers;
  • You may be assigned with any additional responsibility at any time, at the sole discretion of the Management.
  • Execute category sales, collection, market visit, new party creation plan given by reporting boss.
  • Ensure product knowledge, product use, technical spec & comparison with others brand by training and study.
  • Ensure time attendance, Proper dress code, salesmanship, corporate manner by training and learning.
  • Submit weekly visit plan based on priority to reporting boss.
  • Ensure & execute business & payment policy with the clients before sales and also inform to reporting boss.
  • Take & pass customer order in specific format to reporting boss.
  • Take action & support the vendor for corporate/ tender sales as per guide line. Report daily sales, collection & party visit to line manager.
  • Collect pay order, cheque, online receipt from the clients and report to AC (Not allowed to take cash).
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by line manager.
  • Ensure initial product service support & delivery to customer by himself to all clients timely.
  • Submit conveyance & quotation to reporting boss timely.
