Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Feed Products and Day Old Chicks (DOC) Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales generation based on target leads by visiting farms on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure the farm visit and respective work in the farm in accordance with the route plan.
∎ Regular monitor farms & ensure service by technical officers.
∎ Achieve monthly target by adding customers (Farmer, Retailers).
∎ Build up relation with farmers & to give them necessary information regarding products, performance (e.g., FCR, cost benefit analysis, advantages & other benefits) of product & attract them in business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.
∎ The candidate must be honest, smart, energetic, fast learner, and result-oriented team member.
∎ The candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
∎ Computer (especially in MS Excel) and smartphone operating skills are necessary.
