∎ Monitor the monthly sales figures and take appropriate measures to ensure the sales are as per plan and meet the 'End Users' regularly to create more loyal customers along with assisting/training them.
∎ Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.
∎ Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
∎ Achieving sales target to assign area/zone
∎ Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
∎ Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
∎ Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in own territory.
∎ Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activities, Trend & competitive analysis by brand.
∎ Ensure market coverage by identifying gap market and propose to supervisor for further step.
∎ Concentrate on sale to the wholesalers and retailers in the assigned Area thereby achieving the Sales Target for that Specific Zone.
∎ Plan to roll out 'Marketing Program' for any specific product in the assigned territory.
∎ Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
∎ Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
∎ Schedule orientations and job training to outlet Manager and associates.
∎ Organize regular meetings to discuss about issues and updates..
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Training sales staffs (sales, customer orientation, merchandizing, Housekeeping)
∎ Must be target motivated & able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly report as required by management.
∎ Must have computer literacy, Operate ERP software (Sales Order Data update to Enterprise Resources Planning-ERP)
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
