Job Context
Japan Global Company Ltd is one of the sister concern of a famous group. Our group is working with World Bank and ADB. Japan Global Company Ltd is basically working for Lubricants, Battery and Tyre sector. Due to increasing demand of our product and expanding our business, we are recruiting new sales force to cope up with new demand. We have own office in Dhaka, Khulna, Bhola, Bogura and other areas in country.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare a sales plan and fulfill the target.
Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
Create new distributors & customers.
Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
Market visits, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Provide required cooperation for potential customers.
Manage existing & new potential customers through sales visits, using face-to-face and over phone communication to provide full cooperation.
Prepare reports as required by management.
Regular follow-up of sales orders and collect cash from the distributors, selling points, shopkeepers etc.
Prepare daily/weekly & monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.
Manage delivery of goods on proper time.
Will be able to work under pressure and changing situations.
