Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to take challenges to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Achieving company objectives along with retail coverage, plan and execute sales for the Region / Territory/ Area assigned by the management.
∎ Maintain daily tour plan.
∎ Communicate and visit market with sales officer on daily basis.
∎ Collect new distributor/ Dealer as per company standard rules and regulation.
∎ Prepare daily/Monthly sales related reports assigned by the management.
∎ Collect, forecast, and analyze the market data along with competitor's data to make reports.
∎ Maintain strong relation with Dealers and retailers.
∎ Understand and troubleshoot any sales related issue, take necessary actions where it is needed.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Any other works assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a minimum 3-years' experience at a similar position.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Ability performs under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
