- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with YouTubers, influencers, and media professionals.
- Strategize and execute collaborations to enhance brand presence.
- Lead the digital marketing team.
- Strong knowledge of tech-related things like mobile accessories, and gadgets.
- Manage advanced Google and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to the content team.
- Apply a strong sense of design to guide creative projects effectively.
- Collaborate with designers for visually appealing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain productive relationships and ensure timely deliverables.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Develop and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing strategies for broader audience reach.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Coordinate with international teams, including Chinese counterparts. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
- Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Marketing databases, email, and social media marketing.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Collaborate with creative department for content marketing and update the website.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
