Experience:
Sales & Distribution: Conduct extensive daily field visits to auto-parts wholesalers, battery retailers, workshops, and corporate clients inside Dhaka to secure orders for the new automotive battery line.
Strict Credit & Risk Management: Take total responsibility for the financial health of your assigned territory. You must ensure proper credit screening of retailers and take absolute ownership of recovering all market dues, outstanding payments, and cash/cheque collections on time.
Target Achievement: Drive aggressive monthly sales volumes and ensure product placement across major Dhaka battery hubs (e.g., Dholaikhal, Bangla Bazar, etc.).
Reporting: Report daily sales, stock requirements, and collection status directly to the Dhaka District Head.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hardcore field sales experience specifically within the Automotive Car Battery.
Target Profile: Prior experience at top-tier brands like Rahimafrooz (Globe, Lucas, Spark) or other established battery manufacturers is highly preferred.
Credit Expertise: Deep understanding of the traditional Bangladeshi credit system (বাকী/due market) with a proven track record of timely money recovery.
Mobility: Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driving license for fast movement through Dhaka traffic.
