Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for Head Of Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for one of the dynamic and rapidly growing trading and distribution enterprise dedicated to deliver quality products and dependable business solutions across multiple sectors. We specialize in the distribution of high-performance batteries for tricycles and commercial mobility solutions, supporting reliable and efficient transportation needs with durable and cost-effective products and one who will be in charge of company Sales operation which includes overseeing sales, distributor/dealer & sales team follow up related activities.
In this position, he will play a pivotal role in managing the team of distribution/dealer & retail associates, interfacing with customers and contributing to the overall success of the sales management.
· To participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
· To suggest new services/products and innovative sales
techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
· To be good and friendly with SKU wise target vs
achievement.
· To help SO and TSM/ASM for creating New Dealer/
Distributor and maintain good relationship with them and
Demand generation.
· To set and achieve yearly sales targets across the product
line. (Using sales KPI).
· To implement national sales programs by developing field
sales action plans.
· To maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by
keeping current with supply and demand, changing
trends, economic indicators and competitors.
· To plan for ensuring achievement of regional and
personal target, aligning with company sales policies and
strategies.
· To meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs
and to assess the quality of our company`s relationship
with them.
· To develop, maintain and execute a territory plan with the help of Sales Head.
· To conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required.
· To direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance
goals accordingly.
· To generate monthly reports for presenting to The
Management which highlights: Target vs Achieved Sales,
Reasons for Shortfall (if applicable).
