Position Purpose
This position is responsible for developing and implementing branding, creative communication and marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence and corporate image. The role oversees the creation of promotional materials, designs, advertising campaigns, digital content and brand guidelines while ensuring consistency across all communication channels. The incumbent collaborates closely with the sales, marketing, product development and external agencies to execute effective brand strategies, enhance customer engagement and support business growth. The position also monitors market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to develop innovative branding solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and own the overall brand strategy, brand identity and brand guidelines for Paper Business and its product portfolio.
• Conduct in-depth market research and brand audits to understand consumer perceptions, market trends and competitive landscape.
• Define the brand's unique value proposition, target audience and key messaging.
• Monitor brand health and performance metrics (e.g. brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand equity) and develop strategies to improve them.
• Lead the creative team in developing high-impact campaigns and marketing materials across all channels (digital, print, OOH, BTL, etc.).
• Oversee the conceptualization, design and production of all creative assets, including advertising, social media content and corporate presentations.
• Ensure all creative output is on-brand, consistent and of the highest quality.
• Manage relationships with external creative agencies.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create compelling product launch campaigns and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute a cohesive communications strategy, managing the brand's presence on digital platforms, social media and traditional media.
• Manage the brand and creative budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
