Responsibilities & Context:

Gootipa (brand concern of Leatherina), a rising Bangladeshi fashion label specializing in premium genuine leather bags, is looking for a hands-on Marketing Head to drive our digital growth as we expand across Bangladesh.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll set the marketing direction, lead a content team creating high-quality fashion content, and own measurable, data-driven results across our website, showroom, and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across digital, showroom, and offline channels

  • Lead and mentor a content team producing high-quality fashion photography, video, and copy

  • Own performance marketing across social media, website, and paid channels, with clear KPIs for growth, engagement, and sales

  • Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI to leadership

  • Build and maintain Gootipa's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

  • Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and showroom activations

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

  • Track and analyze performance data to continuously refine strategy

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role

    • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital channels (social media, SEO, paid ads, e-commerce)

    • Strong understanding of the fashion/lifestyle industry, locally and globally.

    • Experience managing and mentoring content or creative teams

    • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

    • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English

    • A genuine passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and brand-building
