Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and ensure primary and secondary sales.
∎ Expanding the Market coverage through distributors & new outlets.
∎ Distributor appointment and management to ensure ROI.
∎ Responsible for sales forecasting and sales tracking.
∎ Controlling market returns.
∎ Formulating sales KPI and monitoring the performance of the team as per the KPI.
∎ Lead, and develop the Sales team to ensure team performance.
∎ Execution of Trade marketing activities.
