∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing market for Metal seed; increasing sales within the defined territory.
∎ Achieving Monthly Sales Target.
∎ Achieving Monthly Collection Target.
∎ Increasing sales to be ensured demonstrative activities with farmers and buildup relationship with dealers; arranging farmers meeting, field day within the defined territory.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Agreed to work any where in Bangladesh.
∎ Should have minimum 03 years practical experience in sales & marketing in any reputed similar organization.
∎ Should have excellent business relation with vegetable seed dealers, retailers, vendors, traders, public & private sectors and NGO,s.
∎ Ability to work independently, self motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ Can do attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
