Job Summary:

We`re hiring a Territory Sales Manager to hit sales goals in a specific area, build client relationships, and boost business. We need someone with great communication, strategy, and teamwork skills to drive growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage territory resources effectively to optimize sales productivity and maximize revenue potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including key accounts and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and promote product/service offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities to meet revenue goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to enhance their selling skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities within the territory.
  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and potential threats.
