∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of primary and secondary sales target (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
∎ Monitor and coordinate the activities of Sales Officers & Distributors.
∎ Ensure day to day activities of the market along with Sales Officers.
∎ To take initiative to identify uncovered areas and execute covering plan with way forward to increase sales.
∎ To monitor performance of all the team members and take initiative to improve performance.
∎ Collect market information and track competitor’s activities.
∎ Ensure OJT of Sales Officer for improving their product knowledge and professional skills.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
