Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing comprehensive support to sales by ensuring timely delivery of customers' orders.
∎ Maintaining adequate stock levels at the Own Distribution House to meet customer demand, considering distribution norms and business needs.
∎ Ensuring complete security of the Own DB House, including stock, cash, and assets.
∎ Preparing delivery schedules to maximize coverage and minimize expenses.
∎ Implementing company policies, hygiene, and discipline in all DB operations.
∎ Maintaining error-free inventory following the FIFO Method and BIN Cards for all products & SKUs.
∎ Regularly monitor market overdue lists from the retailers and expedite collections in coordination with sales colleagues.
∎ Ensuring prompt credit collection and secure deposit of sales proceeds into the bank.
∎ Regularly update Retailers' profiles to ensure correct names and addresses in the Sales Force Automation Software.
∎ Guiding and monitoring for Own DB Staffs for maintaining SOP and L&D Policy.
∎ Preparing and updating monthly Stock and Cash and Credit Reports and reconciling accordingly.
∎ Overseeing overall administrative functions like Attendance & Leave Management of the DB Staffs.
