Responsibilities & Context:
Develop Territory Plan addressing all key sales, marketing partner activities;
Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving the distribution system;
Managing the distributor in terms of both primary and secondary sales;
Negotiate with distributors and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business;
Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service;
Identifies objections and removes barriers for customers;
Looking for new business opportunities and attain those;
Effective forecasting of periodic goals and design methods to achieve those goals;
Monitoring competitor sales activities within your assigned territory.
