∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target by maximizing sales activities.
∎ Prepare action plans for sales and act accordingly.
∎ Communicate promotional offers regularly with distributors through related team members.
∎ Monitor retailer’s and distributor’s stock level and take necessary actions to refill the stock level of own products.
∎ Ensure the market coverage and visibility of products in the market.
∎ Maintain records of sales activities and submit reports accordingly.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient services and maintaining professional relationships with the distributors and retailers.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors, observe the market conditions and suggest countermeasures to the reporting supervisors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Excellent Negotiation & reporting skills
∎ Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/Excel/Office/PowerPoint)
