Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity
∎ Develop route wise product distribution plan and maintain a customer database.
∎ Prepare action plans and schedule for sales.
∎ Communicate regularly with customer, Distributor & team members.
∎ Monitor customers' and distributors' stock level.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and reports.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market conditions & product development and offer corrective measures to the Management.
